We are excited to announce the opening of our new Voa Labs Zurich hub in the city center of Zurich.
The newly renovated and light-flooded office is located in the Seefeld neighborhood, only a few minutes by foot from the Lake of Zurich. The office offers meeting rooms for collaborative workshops, workplaces for quiet work, a kitchen with an Italian coffee maker brewing delicious fresh coffee, and a terrace for BBQs.
Continuing to stay remote-first
Voa Labs is a remote-first office. For most of the time, our team works from wherever we feel most creative and productive—whether at home, a coworking space, a cafe, or a cabin in the mountains. While our team is highly effective as a distributed and virtual unit, our past office experience showed us the benefits of a physical space to collaborate.
A place to collaborate
The new office is a place to connect, interact, and collaborate with clients and team members. Voa Labs’ clients—past, present, and future—can drop in for quick chats. It’s a space for where ideas can be bounced off one other, walls be filled with Post-it notes, and frequent face-to-face interactions outside formal meetings and spontaneous learning happen. The Voa Labs Zurich hub creates a symbiotic and collaborative working atmosphere.

Joël Sonderegger is the Founder & Managing Director at Voa Labs. He helps his team strategize, design, and engineer products that enable businesses to transform their ideas into digital solutions, while energetically steering all aspects of Voa Labs’ operations.
Previously, Joël was a VP of Product Management at Sygnum, the world's first digital asset bank. Prior to that, he worked at Zühlke and IBM, where he gained his passion for agile, high-tech environments in which creativity and collaborations are proactively encouraged.
Joël holds a Master of Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
